You can place your order online using your credit card. We utilize a shopping cart feature that will accept Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. When you place an order through our shopping basket, your personal information is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, the industry standard security protocol for encoding sensitive information. You can also make a payment using PayPal. Please note that you do not need to sign up for an account with PayPal in order to complete your payment transaction.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect 7.75% on orders shipped within North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, there is no sales tax.

:- For 48 contiguous states (lower 48 states), we ship via USPS (select your preferred service at checkout)
FREE SHIPPING FOR LOWER 48 STATES ON ANY SINGLE ORDER OVER $100
:- For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and P.O. Box address, we ship via USPS.
International
:- For international customers, we ship via USPS. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges, fees or documentation automatically becomes the recipient's responsibility. International shipping charges will be calculated manually. You will receive an email from Nature by Dezign with the actual shipping cost, for your approval, prior to shipment.

Return Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you received it. The product must be in new, unused and undamaged condition with its original packaging intact. You must include original invoice and/or printed online confirmation.
Nature by Dezign is not responsible for items damaged during shipping for exchanges or returns. In order to protect your purchase, all exchanges or returns should be sent, via an insured shipping method to:

When you place an order through our shopping basket, your personal information is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, the industry standard security protocol for encoding sensitive information. SSL creates a shared digital key, which only lets the sender and the receiver of the transmission scramble or unscramble information. To everyone else, the SSL transmission is indecipherable.
Encryption is based on the mathematical scrambling and unscrambling of messages. The type of encryption we use assigns two keys - one is a public key and one is a private key. When you send us a message, you use our public key to encrypt your message. Once we receive your encrypted message, we use the private key to decode it. The same key cannot both encrypt and decrypt information.
